Sydney Vintage Tramway Festival 2024. The trams running today represented at least six Australian cities, including Brisbane in Queensland. This is ‘Dropcentre’ 295 of 1935. The ‘Dropcentre’ design was a collaboration between the Brisbane and Sydney Tramways. Paramount however, was large open spaces and fully opening windows to combat Brisbane’s often hot and humid climate. It is seen passing the Museum’s main gate in the all over grey livery it carried later in its career. | Sydney Tramway Muse
