WWE’s Initial Plans For Stranger Things RAW Revealed —Report
A majority of fans were left underwhelmed by WWE‘s crossover with Stranger Things this week on Monday Night RAW. For several weeks, WWE had been hyping up its one-year Netflix anniversary of RAW with a Stranger Things crossover.
Strange… no… Stranger Things happened on WWE RAW tonight. WWE kicked off the first RAW of 2026 from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The show was presented in collaboration with Netflix’s Stranger Things,
WWE entered the world of the upside down on Monday’s Raw with a “Stranger Things” collaboration. Raw featured a number of set pieces from the hit Netflix including a Scoops Ahoy palor, the WSQK van, a demogorgon, upside down vines, and more.
With every reason to succeed, Raw x Stranger Things peaked early and never delivered the moment fans expected.

It made the whole crossover feel pretty hollow, especially since the WWE likes to make a point of highlighting celebrities who show up to their shows. Hell, they've had plenty of celebrities host Raw over the decades, but none of that was on the table for this episode. At the very least, couldn't they have sent a pre-recorded message?
