Ukraine overnight targeted three drilling platforms in the Caspian Sea owned by Russian oil major Lukoil in the latest move to weaken Russia’s economic capacity to fund its war effort.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck three Lukoil drilling rigs in the Caspian Sea, a Russian Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile system in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast, and a Russian army warehouse in Kherson Oblast.
