A GoFundMe campaign created to support the family of the Minneapolis woman killed by an ICE agent on Jan. 7 was closed Jan. 9 at $1.5 million.

The fundraiser for the ICE agent in the Renee Good killing has stayed online in seeming breach of GoFundMe’s own terms of service, prompting questions about selective enforcement.

"Renee was pure sunshine, pure love. She will be desperately missed," wrote the organizers of the viral fundraiser.

An ICE agent with Peoria ties, Jonathan Ross, is accused of fatally shooting Renee Good in Minneapolis. A GoFundMe page for Ross has raised over $516,000, including a $10,000 donation from billionaire Bill Ackman.

The fundraiser — which received $1,503,533 from about 38,000 donations — was set up Wednesday to support Good’s widowed wife and three children after the 37-year-old was shot dead when she plowed her SUV into the immigration officer who fired the fatal shot during a raucous protest in Minneapolis.
