Days after adding former Colorado State quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi, the Wolverines have added former LSU quarterback Colin Hurley.

Hurley is the second transfer quarterback picked up by the Wolverines under new head coach Kyle Whittingham, joining Colorado State’s Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi. Michigan has seen three quarterbacks enter the transfer portal since Jan. 2, including 2024 starter Davis Warren.

Chris Bracy appeared in all 13 games while making 11 starts for Memphis Tigers in 2025 as a redshirt sophomore. Now he joins Michigan football.

Christian Pierce is the younger brother of defensive tackle Trey Pierce, a key upperclassmen in the trenches that U-M is hoping to hold on to.

On Sunday, Colorado State quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi announced his transfer to the Wolverines. Hurley told On3 he committed and then posted the graphic announcing his move to Michigan on his Instagram page. Bryce Underwood started every game last season for the Wolverines during his freshman season.

"At the end of the day, you’re either in the boat or you’re out," Utah head coach Morgan Scalley said in his introductory news conference.

Haywood is the latest offensive lineman from Michigan to join Alabama via the transfer portal. The Crimson Tide also secured a commitment from interior offensive lineman Kaden Strayhorn earlier in January.

Smith Snowden, the 5-foot-10, 185-pound defensive back, had 37 tackles, nine pass breakups and a pair of interceptions for the Utes this past season.
